TrustGuest is the Italian two-way reputation platform dedicated to the non-hotel accommodation sector. It was born from a simple observation: in short-term rentals, trust travels in only one direction. Guests know everything about the property, while Hosts welcome people into their homes without knowing anything about them. TrustGuest restores the balance by making reputation a shared, verifiable and mutual value.

Every user receives an anonymous, permanent public ID: Hosts can check a Guest’s history before check-in, and Guests can assess a property’s professionalism before booking. No names, email addresses or identifying details are ever exposed: only behavior, ratings and the right to reply. For Hosts, this means protecting their homes; for Guests, it means building a reputation that opens the doors to the best properties.
